At Vine Gifts and Home, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery information below.

We offer domestic shipping across Australia. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping is available to all major cities and regional areas.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays or special promotions).

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer standard shipping options.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your chosen items and the shipping method you choose.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Please allow extra time for deliveries to regional areas.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@vineshop.com.au, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or courier company.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
