At Vine Homewares & Gifts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refund policy below.


 

1. Change of Mind

We offer a 14-day return policy for change of mind on most products. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.


 

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at sales@vineshop.com.au. We will:

Offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
Cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged items.

 

3. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please:

Email us at sales@vinehop.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.
We’ll provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or replacement.


 

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.


 

5. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
Custom or personalized products
